Antton Ikola joins Vuono Group
We are delighted to welcome Antton, a new team member who joins us as a Business Architect. He thrives on wearing multiple hats and leading the change in transforming businesses with technology.
“It’s great witnessing those lightning-strike moments when data objectively shows people how, for example, processes perform. And that is when the real problem-solving begins. The fact that data can ignite such sparks to empower people, build transparency, and bridge functional siloes in an organisation makes my job really enjoyable,” Antton says enthusiastically.
Antton's journey in the consulting world began in 2017 at Columbia Road, where he worked in various roles, from being an agile development team leader to diving hands-on into data and business technology platforms, notably in the Salesforce ecosystem. This multifaceted approach to consulting paved the way for Antton to start his boutique consulting firm in 2022, testing his entrepreneurial spirit.
Most recently, he worked with OP Financial Group as a business developer, developing their end-to-end processes in a full-stack manner. With a Master's degree in Information and Knowledge Management, majoring in Data Analytics, Antton's thesis on Developing Master Data Management in a Multi-Business Organization underlines his expertise in navigating complex business and data landscapes.
“Antton’s strong suit is the ability to use his tech skills in various contexts while being remarkably business-driven. With a rich background in strategy projects, management consulting, and agile development, Antton brings a wealth of experience to Vuono Group,” says Teemu Moisala, Founder at Vuono Group.
And what made Antton want to join Vuono Group, and what does he want to learn in the future?
“I wanted to broaden the horizons from digital sales to improving all kinds of core business processes, as I’ve seen businesses increasingly needing a partner like Vuono Group. I look forward to implementing cutting-edge tech such as object-centric process mining (OCPM) and interweaving process insights into continuous, data-driven improvements across functions. Being very experienced in developing customer-facing processes, I see great potential in organisations adopting approaches such as OCPM, especially in the Salesforce context.”
On a personal note, Antton is a culinary enthusiast, who enjoys crafting Neapolitan-style pizzas, bringing a touch of creativity to his free time. Music and high-fidelity audio, gym sessions, running, and looking after his nutrition are some of his favourite pastime activities.
