Mathias Hannus joins Vuono Group as a Software Developer and Business Engineer.

Team introductions continue; say hello to Mathias! With a strong background in computer science and a passion for collaborative teamwork, he brings a wealth of experience and a positive attitude to our team.

Over the past 20+ years, Mathias has built a diverse and impressive work history, most notably from the finance sector: eQ Pankki, Nordnet and Nordic Financial Solutions.

“I am setting the standard very high for myself regarding the quality of my work. I have noticed that I thrive in a team environment, where the work is challenging and rewarding. I always try to look at things with a positive mindset and try to enlighten the workplace with my (bad) humour,” Mathias says jokingly.

Mathias' passion extends beyond the technical. He describes his positive mindset as his strongest asset, remaining friendly, polite, and optimistic even in challenging situations. For example, his calmness has been praised in tough project work. His multilingual skills in Finnish, Swedish, and English have also proven handy in many situations.

“With an extensive work record as a software engineer, Mathias has a strong understanding and skill set for solving complex technical problems. He is good at explaining complex topics in a language people understand, which is essential for successful consultants,” says Teemu Moisala, Founder at Vuono Group.

Mathias feels right at home at Vuono Group, surrounded by a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals who share ownership of the work. He thrives on learning from his colleagues and enjoys the collaborative atmosphere. Supporting and helping others has always been the most rewarding part of work for him.

On his time off, Mathias enjoys the outdoors. He actively participates in various outdoor sports and even organises the oldest cycling race in Finland, Porvoonajot!
